Korn Ferry Performance Award - Fresenius Kabi recognized as oustanding employer

Fresenius Kabi Asia Pacific has been recognized as one of the top outstanding employers for Engagement and Enablement.

Fresenius Kabi Asia Pacific has been awarded a Korn Ferry Engaged Performance Award, in recognition of achieving a best-in-class level of Engagement & Enablement.

Employees of the Region Asia Pacific, approximately 4,300 people, were asked to participate in the survey. The winning organizations were then chosen based on employee responses to 65 questions and two key question statements:

  • Engagement: I feel proud to work for the company. I would recommend the company as a good place to work.
  • Enablement: My job makes good use of my skills and abilities. Conditions in my job allow me to be as productive as I can be.

Around 4,000 employees of Fresenius Kabi Asia Pacific completed either the online survey on a platform hosted by Korn Ferry, or sent in their filled-out questionnaires in paper form, resulting in a total response rate of 93%. The results were then compared with more than 480 companies and 7.2 million employees from more than 60 countries of Korn Ferry’s database. Particular highlights listed by participants of Fresenius Kabi Asia Pacific were the positive team culture, the result-oriented organization, and the company branding which gives our employees a sense of pride to be part of Fresenius Kabi.

The award publicly recognizes organizations that have built superior levels of engagement and/or enablement, as measured through their recent people surveys. Receiving an award is a great achievement as it recognizes companies that have built work environments in which their people can succeed.

Pointing to the importance of an engaged and enabled workforce, a recent Korn Ferry analysis of more than 500 companies showed a direct correlation between an engaged and enabled workforce and financial performance.
