Melrose Park Topping Out Ceremony

Yesterday, Fresenius Kabi conducted a topping out ceremony to commemorate a milestone for the expansion of the company’s pharmaceutical manufacturing site in Melrose Park, Illinois, USA. In keeping with tradition, contractors and other members of the project team joined employees from Fresenius Kabi and signed the last beam to be installed, marking the progress in the completion of the building’s vertical framework.

In 2017, Fresenius Kabi broke ground on the $250 million expansion of the Melrose Park campus that will manufacture sterile injectable medicines for the U.S. market.
