Fresenius Kabi India is certified as a Great Place to Work for in 2018

Credibility, respect, fairness, pride, and camaraderie are attributes that make Fresenius Kabi a great place to work. This statement is now officially certified for Fresenius Kabi India, as they have successfully participated in the Great Places to Work® assessment.

Great Place to Work® is a global research and consulting institute, specialized in evaluating high-performance workplace cultures. The assessment is based on two parameters: On one hand, an anonymous employee feedback survey with over 60 questions is conducted which asks employees, for example, to rate their identification with the company or the compatibility of their private and work life. For companies, integrating diversity, originality, all-inclusiveness, and human touch into the overall business strategy are key factors for a successful evaluation. On the other hand, an assessment of the company’s workplace culture is being made, testing measures regarding the support and assistance that a company is giving its employees, including welfare benefits, learning opportunities, and social integration.
